IS YOUR CHILD AN INDEPENDENT LEARNER REQUIRING INDIVIDUALIZED ATTENTION?

2022-2023 Registration

Registration for the 2022-2023 school year begins March 29. We will be moving to 251 E. Lake Brantley Longwood, FL 32779 by July 15. We know you want to see the our new facility so we are hosting school tours at the new facility: Click here for dates and sign-up or to set up a time to meet with our Principal.

Our multi-grade (5-12) on-campus program offers individualized attention for the more independent or accelerated learner.

Does your student prefer to move at their own pace? Maybe homeschooling is not exactly what you want, yet a traditional school setting is not right either. It could be that you have some trouble keeping your student motivated or that you cannot plan homeschooling around your work schedule.

Who:

Students in grades 5-12 with good behavioral control, who prefer an independent learning program. Students must be motivated to learn independently and have attention controls that will allow them to complete work in a group setting. This program is most suited for students who are accelerated learners and desire more social and academic interaction but want to move at their own pace.

Why:

You may love homeschooling, but are having a difficult time getting your student to do their work and to stay motivated, or maybe you have to go back to work and want a school that will continue to allow your student to work at their own pace. Students, many times, will have a different kind of relationship with the teacher and will gladly complete their schoolwork with teacher guidance. Students in our Day School program who struggle with one class can attend the Learning Center so they have an individualized program for that class.

What:

A place for your student to get teacher mentoring, encouragement, and fellowship with other students while completing schoolwork at their own pace.

We can work around your schedule

Regular attendance is encouraged, but not required. Parents are responsible to supervise the student’s schoolwork when they are not on-campus.

The Independent Learning Center is open from 9:00-3:00 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Students may select to attend for the whole time or make their own parent approved schedule. Students may additionally select to enroll Monday – Thursday or Monday – Friday.
