Challenge, creativity & conviction

Comprehensive instruction meets students where they are—and pushes them toward who God made them to be. Expect engaging coursework alongside belonging in a Christ-centered community.

Our upper school offers lessons across readiness levels with emphasis on preparation for college, vocational training, and career fields. Classes encourage students to pursue subjects they care about. Specialized spaces support robotics, AR/VR, mathematics, entrepreneurship, coding, and engine repair, anchoring STEAM learning.

Electives open doors in the social sciences, arts, and practical skills—culinary arts, art, theater, creative writing, environmental studies, and Spanish, among others. College-ready juniors and seniors are encouraged to explore dual enrollment.

What you can expect

Days are ordered for depth: serious study, lab and project work, performance and fine arts, and time to build habits of mind and heart. Faculty know students by name; faith is not an add-on but a frame for how we learn, lead, and serve.

  • Academic range — Core and honors-style pacing with support for diverse learners.
  • Hands-on innovation — Labs and projects that mirror real tools and industries.
  • Elective breadth — Room to explore gifts before graduation.
  • Pathways forward — Dual credit, guidance, and a culture of “what’s next” with purpose.

Why families choose CPA for 6–12

Adolescence is decisive—we want students to own their faith, their studies, and their impact. In upper school, that means excellent teaching, real responsibility, and adults who model integrity.

  • Christ at the center — Worldview, ethics, and service grow alongside GPA.
  • Rigorous & relevant — Content that prepares for higher ed and the workplace.
  • STEM & skills — From code to engine bay, students touch future-facing tools.
  • Whole person — Arts, athletics, clubs, and leadership round out the transcript.
  • Community — A culture of respect where students challenge one another to grow.
