Champion Preparatory Academy’s Pre-K and VPK programs help students begin their educational journey with a solid foundation—faith principles, developmental skills, cooperative learning, and joy-filled discovery.
Request the PDF through the form—admissions can answer questions about Seminole County VPK and private-pay days.
Champion Preparatory Academy’s little learners are taught faith principles, fundamentals, and unique ways to have group fun—forming worldviews through educational activities, active play, and multisensory learning.
Our Pre-K and VPK students spend their days in a cooperative group learning environment focused on pre-reading, math, and developmental skills. The curriculum incorporates art, music, dramatic play, outdoor playtime, and storytelling to build confidence and prepare children for kindergarten.
When enrolling your young ones, you can be sure your child will receive a quality education with the tools to meet academic expectations. Small class sizes and a 2:18 teacher-to-student ratio mean individually tailored instruction and one-on-one attention. Students who complete VPK with us are automatically accepted into our kindergarten program the following school year.
Pre-K and VPK offer multiple options tailored to your daily schedule. You may enroll in VPK only (Tuesday–Wednesday–Thursday) or add Monday and/or Friday. Students may also enroll one or two days per week (Monday and/or Friday). Monday and Friday students must be 3.5 years old by Sept. 1. All students must be potty trained.
VPK is offered at no charge to families who register with the Seminole County Early Learning Coalition for a Certificate of Eligibility and whose child will be four (4) by Sept. 1.

Early learning matters for the start of every student’s journey. We provide more than fundamentals—positive experiences are the first step toward a fulfilling education. Activities include:
Parents may provide lunch, drink, and snack or sign up for lunch delivery through the school eatery (you still provide a snack). The menu varies; order only when you wish.
We love celebrating birthdays. Check with the teacher for allergies and guidelines. Food must be packaged, sealed, and labeled with ingredients.
Champion offers a Pre-K school T-shirt; you may bring any shirt to have the Pre-K logo printed ($10 per shirt; allow about two weeks). Label shirts—they can be mixed up at the shop. Modest dress: no offensive logos, Bermuda-length shorts, jeans, pants or capris, closed-toe shoes; please no jewelry.
Your child may bring one small favorite toy or stuffed animal for circle time; afterward items go in their cubby.
