Educational approaches tailored to our students

Champion Preparatory Academy is a private school grounded in Christian values, traditional education, and pathways shaped around each learner.

Our lower school students are moving forward in their academic journey—and deserve the support to keep progressing. We offer individualized curriculum with the tools and resources necessary for growth. Kindergarten through 5th grade are formative years; as a Christian academy, we seek to shape minds as character witnesses of Christ.

Highlights of our lower school program

CPA is more than a private Christian school—we are a community passionate about learning. We provide a faith-based education that meets current technological and educational standards. Explore a few of the ways we stand out:

  • Modern education — Students encounter technology through basic coding, programming, and projects.
  • Traditional values — We pair technology with classic learning: board games, group work, arts & crafts, and more.
  • Strong foundations — Reading, math, writing, and critical thinking are built with care.
  • Social engagement — A safe, welcoming environment where every child can belong.
  • Fully certified — Teachers are certified in elementary education.
  • Small class sizes — About a 15:1 student–teacher ratio for an optimal classroom atmosphere.

What you can expect

Lower school begins with song and prayer. Expect customized class options, specialized courses such as robotics, guitar, and culinary arts, and flexibility to learn on campus, remotely, or with a combination of both. Social opportunities include clubs, sports, and safety patrol.
