Enrollment procedures

Pre-School/VPK enrollment procedures

  1. Download a Pre-School Information Packet
  2. Visit our Campus and meet our staff. Campus Tours are held every Tuesday & Thursday at 1PM-No appointment needed.
  3. Set up a Family Interview with our Admissions Coordinator. Please bring your child. If you have students in our Day School you can all come at the same time.
  4. Your child is welcome to visit the classroom. This is usually best at this age if you stay for an hour or less with your child.
  5. Once accepted, click on Apply Now to Enroll. After enrolling you will receive an email with the Form 604 Financial Policies that you will need to e-sign and submit, if you have signed up for Monday or Friday private pay. You will not receive this if you are only registering for T-W-Th VPK.
  6. If you have private pay go to FACTS Tuition Management to set up payment for your registration and tuition.
  7. Bring Notarized Form 601 Emergency Medical Information form to the school office. This is due as part of your registration and students can’t attend class unless we have this form. Mrs. Garcia in our school office can notarize the form. This form is available in the Day School Information Packet.
  8. Apply for your VPK Certificate: Family Portal: Login (floridaearlylearning.com) - Turn in the Seminole County Early Learning VPK Certificate to our office as soon as you get the certificate so we can officially enroll your child in our school.
  9. Submit all required documents: Birth Certificate (copy), Current Immunizations, Current Physical Exam and the 601 Medical Information Form. 

Day School K-12 enrollment procedures (all programs except preschool)

  1. Download a Day School Information Packet
  2. Attend a Pre-Recorded Information Meeting
  3. Come visit our Campus and meet our staff. Campus Tours are held every Tuesday & Thursday at 1PM-No appointment needed.
  4. Set up a Family Interview-Please bring your children and recent school records (testing, report cards or transcript for high school, discipline records)
  5. Set up a date for your child to visit the classroom.
  6. Once accepted go online to enroll. After enrolling you will receive an email with the Form 604 Financial Policies that you will need to e-sign and submit.
  7. Next, click on FACTS Tuition Management to set up payment for your registration, lab fees, books rental and tuition fees. If you receive a scholarship you still need to pay registration fees and will need to pay the difference between the amount owed and the scholarship. You may pay this amount monthly on FACTS.
  8. If you are new to Champion give your previous school (at the end of the school year) the request for records Form 603 to request they send student records to Champion.

Homeschool Academy & Online Academy K-12 enrollment procedures

  1. Download an Homeschool Academy & Online Academy Information Packet.
  2. Please Contact Admissions if you have any questions.
  3. Click on Apply now to enroll.
  4. If you are new to Champion give your previous school (at the end of the school year) the request for records Form 603 to request they send student records to Champion.
  5. After enrolling you will receive an email with information on how to make payment.
  6. If you are enrolling in our Online Academy you will also get a form to complete to let us know your start date and what courses you want your child to take. You can mix grades levels if needed: Math-6th grade, English 7th
