Day School Academy Enrollment

New member enrollment will begin on March 28. We give priority new member enrollment to students on the wait list. Once new member enrollment begins, our admissions coordinator will e-mail you to let you know if we have openings for your requested grades/programs. If there are openings, our admissions coordinator will set up an appointment for a family interview and a day for your child to visit the classroom (if you haven’t already completed this step).

  • Sign up for our wait list.
  • Attend a school tour.
  • Sign up for a family interview at the school tour (if there are openings).
  • Once accepted, our enrollment specialist will help you finalize your school enrollment and finances. Parents additionally will need to submit the Form 603 Transfer of Records to their previous school in order to transfer records to Champion. If you are already on the wait list, you will not need to complete the Enroll Now online application.
  • VPK students also need to register with the Orange County Early Learning Coalition to obtain their certificate of eligibility and turn it into the school. (We provide more information about this on the Preschool web page.)

Homeschool Academy Enrollment

Online Academy Enrollment

Once you have completed all of the steps, we will send you a welcome letter letting you know we have finalized your enrollment. We will also e-mail you the password to our member-only website as well as information about getting started with CPA. After You Complete Your Online Enrollment

Immediately after enrolling, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that we have received your online enrollment and a link to pay your registration fee. Once you have paid your registration fee, we will process your enrollment. Our admissions office will send you another e-mail with Steps to Finalizing your Enrollment. This e-mail will explain how to make your tuition payments and will include a form (603) for you to use to transfer your records to Champion Preparatory Academy (if you are new to Champion).

Champion offers two payment plans:

  1. Pay in full: The following payment methods are accepted
